Hand Wash: All Pip dinnerware is made of A-grade white porcelain. It’s best to wash it by hand in lukewarm water using a soft sponge and mild detergent. This gentle approach minimizes the risk of damage.
Avoid Microwaves and Dishwashers: Pip Studio dinnerware is not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use. This is especially important for pieces with golden details, as they are more vulnerable.
Oven Use: All Pip oven and baking dishes are heat-resistant. You can confidently slide your favorite dish into the oven on a beautiful tray. Bon appétit! This care applies to all Pip porcelain collections except the Heritage collection, which requires slightly different care. Heritage tableware has a matte finish, making surface damage more likely. For Heritage, we recommend using 18/10 stainless steel cutlery to minimize scratching.

We offer US shipping. Costs will be calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders do not necessarily ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing. We will contact you with a follow-up email.

DELIVERY
If we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

RETURNS
